At Aica Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your bathroom fixtures in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a collection for larger items like shower enclosures.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
